Mark is a shareholder of Sjoberg & Tebelius, P.A. Mark received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota in 1975, and his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1979.

Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of personalized estate planning, wealth enhancement strategies, estate and trust administration, corporate, partnership and general business law, business succession planning, residential and commercial real estate, taxation, and asset preservation and protection planning. Mark's chosen areas of concentration have provided an excellent overlap for the needs of the firm's clients. Mark has presented various educational seminars to insurance professionals, financial advisors, and accountants on advanced estate and business planning concepts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, asset protection planning and offshore trusts, business succession planning, and buy/sell agreements.

Mark is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, and is a member of the Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin Bar Associations. Mark is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, and the Woodbury Rotary Club and served as President of the Club during the 2001-2002 year.
