Anne G. Brown

Biography

For Anne G. Brown, being a lawyer is more than a profession-it's in her blood. A fourth-generation attorney, Anne has been practicing law for 22 years. She joined Sjoberg & Tebelius in 2005, bringing to the firm a diverse background in several areas of law. Anne has experience as an appellate court law clerk, adjunct law professor, juvenile public defender, as well as an extensive and varied history as a private practitioner. This background allows her to easily connect and contribute her creative expertise to many different types of cases for our clients.

Anne appreciates how Sjoberg & Tebelius addresses a broad range of legal areas, providing many opportunities to collaborate with her colleagues. She is skilled at breaking down complex issues into understandable components. She is known for being an efficient problem solver.

Her strong writing background has helped her become the "go-to" when it comes to research and preparation of persuasive arguments. Anne's desire is for clients to come away from their experience feeling as if she has helped make difficult situations easier to endure and that their expectations have been exceeded.

Anne has a passion for writing and is a published author of young adult fiction. Additionally, she is involved in the world of Irish dance, as well as grassroots community and youth organizations. Anne enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and getting away to her cabin on Lake Superior. She hopes to one day retire to Ireland (if only she could convince her husband to follow her).
